Last week I met up with the Hey Monday camp to hang out at one of their last practices before they hit the road for the Vans Warped Tour 2010. It was good to hear them practicing some of the new songs they have in their arsenal to gear up for the release of their new album. The new songs sound so big, and I am really excited for everyone else to hear them!

1 CommentLast week I had the pleasure of doing an Engagement shoot for Ryan and Kyleen. I was hired to shoot their wedding in October and in the package that they purchased I had included an E-shoot so that they could have some photos before the wedding to send out in their “save the date” cards and for any other needs they may have pre wedding.

All the way back in December, I got a call from my good friend Dan Dobi letting me know that he would be in Orlando to film the new A Day To Remember video for “I’m made of wax Larry, what are you made of?” I was also told that I may have a part in the video, so I was super excited about it.

Yesterday I went out to Wellington to go hang with Alex, Mike and Pat of Hey Monday while they were practicing for the upcoming AP tour. Cassadee was up in New York recording vocals for their new record, and Jersey is up in NJ with family so they were not able to be at this practice, but everything still went smoothly. They were actually working on an amazing cover that will have to stay a surprise until you go out and see them.

1 CommentA few months ago, I covered the wedding of Bryan and Bre Bobo from Indiantown, FL. It was a gorgeous day and we were graced with an amazing ceremony and reception site thanks to the amazing people at King’s Ranch. The ceremony took place under some beautiful tree cover, and the reception was held in and around a recently restored farm house. Photos are below so feel free to explore!

Today was the official launch of Prestigious Clothing‘s new line for 2010. I had the pleasure of photographing the line for William this time around, and we had an amazing fun filled and very productive day of shooting. Prestigious had the guys over at We Are Synapse make them a new myspace with the main header image that I took for them, and it came out looking amazing! You can check out the myspace at http://www.myspace.com/thisisprestigious

My good friends in the band “Easton” decided to re-form after their reunion show a few weeks ago. They have been in the studio for a good week straight recording new demos to send out and put on their myspace. I was lucky enough to be a part of the recording process, and they guys asked me to sing on a few of the tracks. When they come out you will be able to hear me on “She Walks In” and “Drop Out”

Around a month ago, I judged the Atticus Battle of the bands along with my buddies Mike Gentile (from Hey Monday) and Ryan Miller (from Carraway Clothing). The prizes were a full sponsorship to Atticus Clothing and Royal Family Clothing, along with guitars from Epiphone, strings and accessories from D’adario, drum sticks from Vic Firth, and a photo shoot with yours truly, www.photosbychrismartin.com.

On Sunday, December 27th, I took a trip down to the Culture Room to see my friends in Hey Monday at their hometown show with Versa Emerge, Go Radio, and Take the Town. I did a quick photo shoot (one of the shots is above) with them for Royal Family Clothing, and soon after, all of the bands started hitting the stage to rock the faces off of around 600 tweens.
I took a ton of photos, and instead of me sitting here and blabbering about it, I figure I will just show you all of them exclusively here on the Photos by Chris Martin blog!
